Natural variations occur in plants, and factors like size, shape, and color may differ slightly from the images shown on our website.
These differences reflect each plant’s unique growth pattern and do not affect its quality or health.

Refunds
Refund Policy
We take pride in delivering healthy plants to your doorstep. If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video.
We offer a full refund or replacement for eligible issues. Refunds are not available for delays caused by weather or courier services. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
